Blessings in Baskets is a Christian-owned company, and as such we are committed to providing you with excellence in both products and service. You will find only premium quality at Blessings in Baskets. Better gifts cost a little bit more than low cost fillers.
Your satisfaction is important. Our aim is to provide you with quality products, excellent service, and beautiful gifts that will be a delight to receive and will welcomed and remembered.
We will do our utmost to see that your gift selection will be received as ordered and in good condition. Your complete satisfaction is our goal!
All Blessings in Baskets baskets are enhanced with carefully chosen and coordinated silk flowers that add to the overall beauty of the gift. Baskets are also presented in cellophane with a lovely hand tied bow. (Because each basket is individually designed, enhancements may vary somewhat from those in the pictures.) If you choose, boxed gifts are beautifully gift-wrapped, a free service.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we will never sell, rent or distribute in any way our customers' personal information, address, email or phone numbers.
Our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address of visitors to our Web page.
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number, payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address) no information on consumers who browse our Web page.

With respect to cookies: We do not set any cookies.
If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. We do not keep financial information (e.g., credit card information) once a transaction has cleared.

Placing Your Order
You may place your order online, by e-mail or by telephone. We will contact you to confirm your order. Please advise us immediately of any changes to your order. If you have any questions, please let us know via telephone or e-mail. We accept all major credit cards (see below.) You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We cannot be responsible for any incorrect "ship to" addresses that are given at the time of purchase. If an item is returned to as "Undeliverable", "Unclaimed" or "Return to Sender", with the address supplied by you, we will promptly refund your purchase price less the shipping charges. If you choose to, you may then re-order the item with the correct "ship to" address.
Methods of Payment
We accept credit or debit cards (Visa, MC, AmEx or Discover), Paypal and checks for all purchases.
If you pay by check, your order will be shipped as soon as check clears the bank.
Shipping & Handling
We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping and handling cost will be determined at the time of the order.
Shipping Time
Your order will be processed as soon as we have confirmed your order and payment information; orders will normally be shipped within 2 - 3 business days following such confirmation. If we are unable to ship your order within that time you will be notified with an estimated shipping date.
Local Delivery
Local Delivery in the Mount Dora/Tavares/Eustis area is free. There is a small charge for delivery to other areas of Lake Co. and in Orange and Seminole Counties. It is important that the address you give us is correct and that you give us a phone number and a time when the recipient can be reached.
Custom Orders
We want to provide our customers with gifts that fulfill their needs.
If we do not have what you want, or if you would like to make a change in any of our baskets, please contact us and we will be happy to customize a gift for you. We will make every effort to accommodate you.
If you’re not sure what you’re looking for or need ideas for your gift basket, give us a call. We would be happy to assist you with any special requests you may have.
Please note: Blessings in Baskets is a home-based Florida business. Because of Florida laws governing home-based businesses we cannot include food or drink products in our baskets.
Gift Certificates
Can’t decide? We are happy to offer Gift Certificates. Just chose the amount you want to give and let the recipient choose a gift of her choice.
Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally there may be times when some gift baskets might have substituted items; you may be assured that any such substitutions will be of equal or greater value.
Return Policy
Your happiness is primary to us. If you are unhappy with our services or the products you have received, please contact us!
If your order is damaged during shipping, we will refund the full amount of your purchase upon return of the product within 10 days of receipt. Please include the original shipping container. This requirement is necessary so that we may file a damage claim with the shipper. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number PRIOR to returning a damaged package.
Please understand that we cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged after you have received them.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately! An order cannot be cancelled after it is shipped.
If for and reason we are unable to fill your order, you will be notified within 24 hours of your order date. |
